Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

Answer: We arefactoryproducing their ownequipment.

Question: In which Russian-speaking countries is your equipment used?

Answer:We supply equipment to Russia (Irkutsk, Votkinsk) and Latvia.

Q:Can we visit your equipment?

Answer:Of course, we are always happy to welcome you on a tour of our equipment.

About delivery

Question: What is the delivery time?

Answer: It will usually take 30-45 days after receiving the deposit or original L/C.

After sales service

Question: What is the warranty period? What types of after sales services do you support?

Answer: 1 year after delivery. We provide telephone after-sales service, video service and email service. If we cannot solve the problem, our technicians will come abroad for service.

Terms of payment

Question: What are the terms of payment?

Answer: a. T/T (30% deposit, 70% before delivery FOB, or 70% payable against copy of bill subject to CFR)

b. 100% irrevocable letter of credit in sight.

Question: Will you send a specialist to install the equipment on site?

Answer:Yes, we will send an engineer to guide you through the installation of the equipment. Please provide his visa, transportation and accommodation. If a translator is required, we can discuss this further.
