Designed for removing bark from blocks with diameters up to 600 mm and lengths up to 1400/2800 mm and giving it a cylindrical shape for further peeling.

DESIGN FEATURES:

	LOADING LOGS Front loading of a log allows very fast (unlike spindle machines with end clamps) to load logs, as well as unload the prepared block for further peeling. Thanks to this design, the machine can be easily integrated into automated peeling lines.
	LOG ROTATION AND Clamping System The rear rollers move back and forth automatically with the help of a hydraulic drive, on high-precision linear guides that reduce friction and allow for linearity in the processing of logs and the correct geometry of the resulting block for further peeling.
	ROLLERS The special design of the rotating rollers with convex cutters provide fast and reliable grip on the logs. Thanks to this, high productivity and high quality of log debarking is achieved.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM Lubrication of all units occurs automatically, which allows you to spend less time on machine maintenance and, as a result, increases productivity.
