Small vertical veneer dryer
Shine economical vertical dryer is one type of horizontal drying machine based on the principle of reciprocating material feeding. Materials are placed on the top rack, which is manually fed into the dryer hopper, distributed evenly across the rack, and flows smoothly to the rear of the dryer. The special mechanism of the roller dryer dumps materials smoothly to the lower level. After the drying process is completed, the materials are transported to the outlet on the front of the dryer for discharge. The materials inside the dryer are distributed evenly and logically, drying time at air flow temperature is about 30 minutes. The heat source uses a built-in process burner, which can burn waste wood trunk, saving raw materials.
Working principle:
Air volume, heating temperature, material residence time and feed rate can be adjusted to achieve optimal drying results. A slatted design is used to ensure high space efficiency. During drying, the material is constantly mixed with the slats, ensuring uniform product quality. A unique air flow separation device allows for better matching of drying process requirements.
