(A)Biomass burner
Biomass burner is one of SHINE's patented products and can burn any kind of waste wood directly, mainly to reduce drying costs. The temperature in the biomass burner reaches 1400 degrees Celsius, and in the heating section of the dryer - 140-180 degrees Celsius, and can be adjusted with an accuracy of ±5℃. Automatic temperature control and speed control ensures constant moisture content. It is also environmentally friendly without smoke and dust, consumes little energy and provides high yield and quality.
(B) HOT AIR CIRCULATION AND HEAT EXCHANGE
Shine heat exchanger uses gradual heat transfer, and the characteristics of each heat exchanger section are different, the hot air in the heat exchanger can be evenly distributed across the veneer.
(B)The hot air fan and cooling fan of the dryer adopt the latest axial ventilation, which reduces energy consumption, and the total power of the entire dryer has been reduced by 35%, minimizing operating costs.
(D) AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
Shine drying machine uses automatic electric control and frequency conversion system, which can automatically adjust the transmission speed and temperature according to the veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve the perfect drying effect. Equipped with automatic veneer feeder and automatic collection system, which not only improves the drying efficiency, but also greatly saves labor costs.
