4ft Veneer Peeling and Cutting Machine
The veneer peeler is the main equipment of the plywood production line, the size of the material is suitable for both softwood and hardwood. The cardan shaft with a large diameter screw clamp allows you to clamp both massive and thin timber; hydraulic drive (servo motor) drives the hydraulic door clamping the wide sword door, which ensures convenient operation.

Shelling The rapid veneer making machine adopts servo motor for feeding, PLC and touch screen for control. In the rotary cutting process, the thickness of the plate can be easily changed. The device is equipped with a cutting head and a pressure frame, which improves the quality of the cut sheet. After setting the rotary cutting angle, a helical wheel and a heating element drive are used. The main drive of the machine is equipped with a frequency motor, which ensures stable speed and large transmission torque. The main parts of the fastening device and the pressing frame are made of injection molded materials, which ensures good rigidity, stable size and high manufacturing precision, and guarantees the accuracy of the veneer.
