The high-tech veneer roller dryer is a special equipment designed for drying veneer (thin wood plate) after it has been produced. It is used in the wood processing industry.
The operating principle of the veneer roller dryer is that the veneer is fed into the inlet using a conveyor and then passes through a set of heated rollers. As it passes through the rollers under the influence of heat, the veneer dries quickly.
Ventilation and heating systems are installed inside the dryer, which create optimal conditions for removing excess moisture from the veneer. Additional humidity and temperature control systems can also be used to ensure maximum drying quality.
High-tech veneer roller dryers are usually equipped with automatic control and monitoring systems that allow you to control the drying process and adjust the necessary parameters. This helps improve the efficiency and reliability of the equipment and also ensures improved quality of dried veneer.
With a system for removing humid air

The moisture drainage device is installed on the top of the dryer, which allows the moisture inside the dryer to be discharged to the outside in a timely and quick manner, avoiding cold steam condensation caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the dryer, and maintaining the balance of dryness and pressure inside the dryer.
