Principle of operation

Veneer (thickness 1.0-4.0 mm) after drying may have different lengths and thicknesses, and the shapes may become irregular. This core key layout machine can detect the width, thickness and cavity of core keys, trim, glue, arrange, cut to length and fold automatically. With the help of this machine, vigorous keys of various sizes can be assembled into one single sheet.
