The automatic glue applicator is used to evenly apply glue to the dowels. Applying the glue evenly with the right amount of glue improves the quality of the plywood and saves a huge amount of costs in the long run. The gap between the glue rollers and the doctor roller, in which stepless rotation adjustment is available, can be freely adjusted according to the viscosity and the amount of glue to be applied.

Waste scrapes the glue roller. When they are inserted into the gap between the adhesive rolls, the rolls are quickly separated by an air cylinder. Thus, the waste falls down and cannot scrape the glue roller. This machine adopts Morda model stepless inverter, which can effectively control the motor running stability and output power. When working with variable speed, it can easily adjust the required glue spreading speed according to the actual glue application situation (without stopping the speed).

In addition, this machine is equipped with a special emergency stop switch, which can immediately stop the running machine in emergency conditions. The operator can activate the emergency switch within a very short time to ensure the safety of the operator.
