Shine offers a 4-tier roller dryer for veneer. This dryer has high drying efficiency and is an ideal equipment for drying veneer. It consists of four tiers, each of which is equipped with rollers to move the veneer inside the drying chamber.

The dryer has a compact design, which saves space in the workshop. It is also equipped with a ventilation system that ensures even circulation of hot air inside the dryer, which allows you to achieve high drying speed.

Control and regulation of temperature and drying time are carried out using an automatic system. This allows the operator to easily control the drying process and get the desired result.

Biomass burner

Biomass burner is an exclusive patent invented by Shine Machinery Co., Ltd in China. 

The biomass burner can burn all types of wood waste directly, which can reduce the cost of fuel as much as possible. Compared with steam type or thermal oil type veneer dryer, the drying cost is greatly reduced. No steam boiler, gas, coal or oil required. High efficiency of veneer drying, low fuel consumption, which saves energy and costs. Drying cost is the lowest. Both steam type and thermal oil type require the customer to provide heat sources and furnaces, among which the steam type needs a high-cost boiler, and the thermal oil type needs 2 furnaces. Application area

It is used at woodworking enterprises, plywood mills of any capacity producing peel-cut veneer and plywood.

The veneer is pressed by the upper and lower drive rollers and passes in the longitudinal direction. Streams of hot air from boxes with nozzle blast are directed at it from above and below. The boiler included in the dryer burns wood chips (biomass) and the resulting heat enters the dryer through a heat exchanger.
